By checking the box below, I hereby agree that, while volunteering with The Glory Zone (in any capacity), I understand and accept the fact that I am hereby providing a complete indemnification and waiver of liability and I undertake to save harmless and indemnify The Glory Zone, it’s directors, officers, agents, employees, coordinators, facilitators, volunteers, and other team members from any and all liability, actions, suits, proceedings, demands, assessments, losses, judgments or costs, legal actions or all expenses related to any injury or loss that I may sustain as a result of any attendance at an orientation, outreach, event, administrative work, yard work, media work, or resource work. I attend events and participate in all of the above-mentioned events, doing so at my own risk, being responsible for my own well-being. I am not an employee of The Glory Zone and assume all liability for any loss of personal property or personal injury while serving as a volunteer. In addition to: I agree to never disclose any privileged information about David and Stephanie Herzog and their family, and/or TGZ. I will maintain confidentiality of David and Stephanie Herzog and their family, all staff, volunteers, guests, and partners. I will not disclose and names or personal information that may be disclosed to me during my time volunteering. I understand and acknowledge that to disclose and information in regards to TGZ and the Herzog’s and their family, I would need written permission from David and/or Stephanie Herzog. I understand that while volunteering for TGZ I am responsible for my own transportation to and from event venue/office, my own meals, my own hotel costs. We ask that all volunteers come prepared to serve as unto the Lord with reverence towards all TGZ staff and authority.
